Mr Schuester

How did I manage to turn a boring, wet, Saturday afternoon into a laugh out loud, stomach cramps fulla naughty giggles, I do not know but its probably all thanks to the latest booking that just landed in my inbox.

Before that, let me 'fess up to a 'real girl' date of mine that went wrong. It was last July, around the same time I knew Meatloaf. Lets call him Mr. Schuester (as in Glee) - cute English boy, early 30s, been in Spore for about 2 years. Everything seems perfect except that (1) I could tell that he only wanted me for one thing and one thing only (how I know was cos he nvr contacted me after that night, and only many wks after txted me a 'Hi, wanna fuck?'. Jerk.) (2) His crib was trash. I couldnt picture myself climbing those flight of stairs in these heels EVER again. So I chose Meatloaf over Mr Schuester cos Meatloaf stays in a snazzy condo. I know. I'm just shallow like that.

I never thought I would see that name again... until today. Still cant stop grinning to myself thinking - you could have had me for free but you took me for granted. Thought you could use me one night then dispose me. I texted you but you didnt reply. Hah! Didnt think in the end you'd resort to pay for sex. Shame. *lol*

I didnt think he recognised me in the pics advertising my 'services'. Hopefully he doesnt remember me too. I'll put on my hair extensions and talk in a weird slang or something *giggles*

Tsk... tsk... tsk... Mr Schuester - we meet again...

xoxo

3 a.m :: Part 2 - Still thinking about Schuester...

Now I think I remember why was it that I didnt blog about my date with Schuester. I think it was cos a part of me felt a little sorry for him, even though he turned out to be quite the jerk.

We usually assume that expats living in Singapore have it easy and are pretty well off. When I met Schuester for the first time, he shared quite a bit about his experiences in Singapore and how it wasn't all smooth sailing. He got kicked out of his first two apartments... don't remember exactly what it was about but I remember the second one was because the building had to be taken down, and he had to scramble for a new place with very little notice.

I also remember him telling me about how he broke up with his ex-girlfriend, a Sporean Chinese gal, who sorta when crazy on him and started to get all posessive and mental. He shared about how it was when he was with her and her friends, how they act all quiet when he's around and I remember telling him that they're probably intimidated that he's ang-moh and they didn't want to make a fool of themselves. Its an asian thing.

And looking at his current place, I almost felt sorry for the guy. In all my life living and raised in my own birth country, I have never entered a shabbier flat. I guess its alright for a single guy but you can't bring a girl home to a flat like that! But instead, the words that escaped my lips were 'Oh, this is cozy...'. And I'm not even being snobbish here. I live in a regular pigeon-hole of an HDB flat.

I have always associated expats with condo. Expat = Condo. I have had manyyyyyyyyy opportunities to visit different condos (to date, Meatloaf's and Pattzy's are the snazziest) so I was caught off guard when Schuester brought me to his flat. He told me that it wasn't an easy life when he was growing up. Family was complicated with step-siblings and he was never really close to any of 'em.

Getting to know Schuester was an eye-openening experience... that NOT all ang-mohs are well-off and they don't always have it easy.

But he's still a jerk for not replying my sms-es, so I'm still gonna make him pay. (For the amount that he's gonna pay me, wouldn't it be better if he used the money to get a better looking place? Sorry. Still hung up about his flat. Occupational hazard)

Bust Your Windows (Glee Cast/ Amber Riley)

I bust the windows out your car
And no, it didn't mend my broken heart
I'll probably always have these ugly scars
But right now I don't care about that part

I bust the windows out your car
After I saw you looking right at her
I didn't wanna, but I took my turn
I'm glad I did it, 'cause you had to learn

I must admit it helped a little bit
To think of how you felt when you saw it
I didn't know that I had that much strength
But I'm glad you see what happens when

You see you can't just play with people's feelings
Tell them you love them and don't mean it
You'll probably say that it was juvenile
But I think that I deserve to smile

Ha ha ha ha, I bust the windows out your car
You know I did it, cause I left my mark
Wrote my initials with the crowbar
And then I drove off into the a dark

I bust the windows out your car
Hey, you should be lucky that that's all I did
After five whole years of this bullsh**
Gave you all of me, and you played with it

I must admit it helped a little bit
To think of how you felt when you saw it
I didn't know that I had that much strength
But I'm glad you see what happens when

You see you can't just play with people's feelings
Tell them you love them and don't mean it
You'll probably say that it was juvenile
But I think that I deserve to smile

Bust windows out your car
But it don't compare to my broken heart
You can never feel how I felt that day
Until that happens, baby you don't know pain, no

You should know it
I ain't sorry, you deserved it
After what you did to me, you deserved it
I ain't sorry, no, no, no

You caused me pain
Even though what you did to me was much worse
I had to do something to make it hurt, yeah

Oh, but why am I still crying?
Why am I the one who is still crying?
Oh, oh, you really hurt me, baby
You really, you really hurt me, babe

Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey
Now watch me, you
Now watch me
I bust the windows out your car
